To lead the ongoing development of Client Salesforce deployments by improving processes and adoption using the SalesForce platform

To work closely with Clients and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes

To assume the roles of technical project manager, administrator and Salesforce analyst and execute on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Identify process changes that need to be made in order to enhance the effectiveness of the Wealth business processes

Manage the work environment of Salesforce.com by working as primary System Administrator with multiple users

Manage all executive functions i.e. maintenance of user accounts, records, dashboards, and additional conventional tasks so that data remains accurate and readily available

Create and maintain reports in Salesforce and extract insights from data for the purpose of advancing business revenue

Engage in the assessment, extension, and conclusion of new requests for development

Use duplication tools to scrub duplicate data from the database in order to keep the system running efficiently. Install high priority updates from Salesforce to test the update in controlled conditions to see how it affects the system configurations

Run the appropriate tests and reports to monitor the health of the database

Use the available tools of Salesforce effectively and communicate and promote the importance and benefits of Salesforce within the Wealth business

Act as the gatekeeper of sales and marketing data by creating user accounts and determining the proper level of access based on an employee's role within the organisation.

Remove access credentials when employees leave the organisation

 

People

Provide training to new and inexperienced Salesforce users in the organisation to build skill development and to facilitate their participation in Salesforce-related processes

Serve as the point of liaison between application developers, business people, vendors and users so that efficiencies are leveraged and processes are continuously improved

Work with the institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

Work independently with members of the user community and Wealth business to define and document development requirements

 

Preferred Qualification and Experience

Degree in Information Studies

Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211)

3-4 years proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

 

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise

Experience in the building of custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality

A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment essential
